Reply:Shaolin will win in the ring because Ninja are assasin and their training are short cut. In the street Ninja will win because they will use the surprise element, they fight to win regardless of fairness.
Reply:It depend on what level the ninja or Shaolin. If the monks in Shaolin is in high level than the ninja. Than the Shaolin monks will win and vice versa.

Well, I don't think they would fight each other since they are in different weight classes.
