i get bored at home computer games and tv have lost there appeal i want to learn a shaolin form just for the hell of it basically
Where can i download some shaolin forms for free?
For free - no where - I've looked. I study at a traditional school, but wanted to sneak peak ahead at the curriculum. There are lots of dvd's that you can buy - but no where that they are out there for free.

Reply:dont, if you are sencear in your interest for martial arts go to classes like everyone else. THis way theres no way your gonna hurt yourself or another.
