I'm working out a route for a tour going from the UK, to Shaulin in China by car(or 4x4). Looking for info on general cost of basics, petrol and so on for any of the following countries.
Russia
Mongolia
Kazakista
China
Any other route suggestions are welcome, and no flying is to sadhap for me to accept as all you get is jetlag, and to see virtually nil of what you're flying over.
