What are these chanting words in practicing Shaolin martial arts?

In watching a documentary about Shaolin Temple Wu Shu, I noticed a group of young Wu Shu trainees chanting something like "Luohan sleeping" and "fish flippping" while making various postures. I like to know what are the exact words.

What are these chanting words in practicing Shaolin martial arts?
Most likely they were chanting the names of the movements. All movements in a form have names. Weird names too. I guess after the first dozen they'd run our of cool ones and start using weird ones like 'walking obliquely'. Just look at the various names of movements in the 1st form of Old Frame of Chen Style Taijiquan: http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dc24j3...
