I have only found Golden Tiger School of Hung Gar Kung Fu in St. Catharines, can anyone tell me more about it? I know the website is www.goldentigerkungfu.com

Your best bet is to visit the school yourself, in order to get a personal opinion. Talk to some of the students as well.

Hung Gar is a southern style Kung Fu.
If you cannot find one near your area, you may try to learn 'Choy lee fat' kung fu too.
Choy lee fat is also very famous southern style kung fu which is similar to Hung Gar except Choy Lee fat is more swift and more jumping stances
