well i was at the book store and i found this book called shaolin workout its got some really kewl looking workouts, can anyone care to tell me more about it and can i really transform my body

That book is useful for anyone who is interested in Chinese martial arts.The workout teaches the basics of Kung Fu, for example: stretches, stances, poses, punches, and kicks, presented in 28 lessons. The photos of Master Shi's demonstrations in each session are very useful for learning the lessons. Meditation is also an important part of Chinese martial arts, emphasized by Master Shi in the book. It is mainly for beginners and it may be used by experts as a reference book. But if you are looking for some advanced techniques, you will need to learn them from a good master in person...
