I want to learn the Shaolin Forms Koy Moon, Leng Lo, Jou Mah, Chumn Sam, Mo I, Tun Da, Moi Fah, Bot Bo, Lien Wan, and Sik Fot online but I do not wanna pay for it(well of course not lol). Doas anybody know any websites that may describe or show pictures of the movements or even slow movements on video? I would really appreciate it because I really wanna learn these forms. What ive been doing is looking into many different arts like Muay Thai, BJJ, Shaolin Gong Fu and more. And this is will be a big part of my training im starting. : )

the people that say you cant learn from books or online r full of **** you can totaly learn by yourself off books and stuff in saying that tho i do go to a club but i still do think you can learn from pictures and movies etc if u want after all at class dont we just learn from eatching others think about it
that only really goes for striking blocks and things like that doesnt work for judo or grappling where u need other people if that makes sense

Reply:Jeez, i hope you get your head on straight, go to a qualified instructor. Learning all that by book, will do nothing for you, im not ranting at you, just trying to show you thats may not be a bright idea. To the other thing about not paying-isnt that stealing.
