really..in all movies about shaolin temple,martial artists can fly..those movies r fake or not?

Martial artists long ago, supposably have really elastic body through long practise, so they can jump very far, to fights their enemies.





Then as movies tend to be over dramatic and try to entertain the movies goer, they make jump even more far, like flying
Reply:they cant fly, but they can jump really high by practicing some qigong that makes them "lighter in weight". one shaolin abbot who died in the 80's have mastered this kind of practice to the point he can "run on the wall sideways" for about 10 steps. Report It
